My girlfriend and I recently moved into our new flat, and we really thought that everything looked great. New Kitchen, new bathroom, recently stripped oak floors, and everything immaculate. Well, appearances can be deceptive! The stripped oak floors had been stripped to within an inch of their life, the new kitchen was coming apart at the seams, and the brand new bathroom was clearly second hand. To be honest I can’t complain too much about this, we got the place for an absolute bargain, and we had a few quid to spare. We’d bought in a great location and I knew that if we looked after the place we’d stand a really good chance of making a profit if we were ever to move on. I decided that the best way forward was to bite the bullet and make good the flat.
The Sanding was the easy part, as my old man has done a bit of diy in his time. The kitchen wasn’t too bad either, and we managed to get a full fitted kitchen for half it’s normal price form some people who were moving out of the country. That just left the most important room in the house… the Bathroom!
Bathrooms have always been a big thing to me, there’s nothing better than luxuriating in a beautiful Bathroom Suite and it’s really something I can’t live without. I knew even before I started that I would end up spending more on the bathroom than on anything else put together!
We found a few great stores online, and I have to say I found some absolute bargains! First of all I tracked down some gorgeous electric_showers and it was a hard job whittling them down to one! I had designed my own wet room but I still wanted to keep the shower seperate from the other areas of the bathroom so I had a look for
