Over a year ago I found Monica Main‘s program and bought it. I only recently discovered Monica Main has a record. Monica went to prision. She knows her stuff with investments on real estate well. Her criminal record also appears to be more of a mistake on her part than anything. She sold software for trading stocks and got in some trouble for not being licensed to do so.

It appears Monica has been doing so good in her apartments she launched her own Ultimate Wealth Attraction program too. Her program has over 300 pages. Her program has given me a new level of confidence to do deals. I am not afraid of sellers and her program has helped me get to that point. Her broker contacts arent that great. She does have a email list I got on and she has sent valueable tips on that to me. She got forced into bankruptcy I think about 7 years ago. Is Monica Main Scam or a for real investor now? In 130 I made my first offer and got it under contract.

Thanks to the Monica Main Squidoo review I found out a lot. The review has links to government websites with her records. I am glad I didn’t find the review before I bought her program. I am glad I didnt read the review at first because I may not have bought her program. Her program is easily worth the $99, for 300 pages of stuff.

So if you are new and need a program to help give you a boost this is the one to get as it is full of lots of info. Her style of writing pushed and motivated me to action in ways I never imagined. I would give her program a 8 out of a 10.

I would like to know more about this lawsuit between RE Mentor and Monica Main. REMentor is David’s company. These programs are both great. The program Monica has is update and and useful. I have got multiple updates for free of Monica’s program. Monica Main’s program is priced much lower and yet you will even still still get a lot for the price.

I am interested in the multifamily property the most. The idea of having my income spread out from many renters sounds the best. Monica has alot of books in the works. The options trading issue came back to bite Monica. Monica now is out of the stock/option education programs. Monica got into real estate and out of the commodity trading. The profits in Real Estate for apartments are safer.

I would like to expand into office buildings one day. What I liked about Monica is she has a program for all property types and I am wanting to buy into many properties to have a wide selection of income sources. I have looked into David’s program and found it a good value. I finally did start my investing career which has been good.

I am on track to buy my first property this year. She has a few methods in her program to buy property. She also does not assume her customers will know everything. Monica has a lot of information and goes into detail for her program. She has a clear and easy to read program on apartment investing. I hope to get to meet Monica soon. I am aiming for property deals with at least 50 units or more. I have yet to get government grants though. Her letter method works great to get sellers to call. I have found them very helpful and easy to work with.
